World Cancer Research Fund (WCRF UK) and the Great Grub Club provide up-to-date, accurate, evidence-based information on cancer prevention. We believe that good information can help people understand cancer better and make informed choices about their health.

The information on our websites and in our publications is based on the findings of our research and a range of other sources such as government reports.

It’s written and carefully reviewed by specialists and members of the public to make sure that it’s impartial, up-to-date and accessible.
